Excellent teamwork unlocking this landmark leisure development at the Priory Centre in the heart of Worksop for Bassetlaw District Council, securing planning permission, and now powering ahead to bring this exciting scheme to life.

The scheme will regenerate the partially vacant shopping centre - creating a leisure, food & beverage destination. The opportunity to create a new public heart has led to generous external gathering spaces and sociable public realm design, alongside promoting better connectivity to the wider town via a new footbridge over the Chesterfield Canal.

An awesome amenity to make water sports more accessible to many more people. Residents and visitors can enjoy the epic views of all the activities from the restaurant and first floor function space.

Surrounded by rich planting of trees, hedgerows, and wildflowers, allows local wildlife to flourish. And with a renewable roof, the sustainable solar cells are already creating energy at this progress-powered place.
