65–67 Queen’s Gate
Formerly known as Baden-Powell House, 65–67 Queen’s Gate has been successfully transformed into a fully occupied international boarding school. The redevelopment introduced new teaching and creative arts spaces, purpose-built boarding accommodation, and flexible conferencing facilities. The building at 65–67 Queen’s Gate now houses 76 modern boarding rooms for students aged 14–19.

To meet Government targets and Building Regulations, the project significantly improved thermal efficiency, replacing UPVC windows with high-performance aluminium casements and upgrading the building’s envelope for a 35% increase in energy efficiency. The entrance glazing was also replaced with powder-coated aluminium double-glazed curtain walling, preserving the building’s original aesthetic while enhancing its sustainability.
