The existing single-glazed metal windows were replaced with double-glazed Crittall-style windows, and the brickwork was repaired. Internal wall linings were added to improve energy efficiency. The property offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, ideal for both short and extended stays.
